YCEA group was established in 2010, there were 4 members at the beginning and it has now developed to 8 members, each one has been sticking to the individual creative style. Fang Liefeng, one member of YCEA said, the group was not established according to a“collective” principle, instead they pay more attention to the individual style and thinking of each member of the team, different from current art groups, each member of YCEA personally faces the public every time instead of in the name of the group, they have a strong independent architecture, so“the members are also independent artists” is perhaps the original idea of YCEA.

“The 4th Round” of YCEA was held at the Star Gallery in Qikeshu in 2013, and then it launched a video show entitled “While The Two Layers Logistic Was Incepted By XX” in early 2014. In the current complicated art circles, the natural, not utilitarian and pure artistic creation has been rare, the existence of art is not to service someone, YCEA has always adhered to the experimental creative attitude. In the exhibition of KCAA, the 8 members will feature their latest experiment (creation) built over the last year or so and announced the 6th anniversary of the establishment of YCEA.
