Hosted by China National Academy of Arts, organized by Chinese Academy of Oil Painting, a large scale exhibition of oil painting “2013 Chinese Academy of Oil Painting Exhibition” is about to open at Art Museum of Chinese Academy of Oil Painting on December 14, 2013, continuing to January 5, 2013. Most of the artists are the professional painters of Chinese Academy of Oil Painting.

Chinese Academy of Oil Painting Affiliated to the China National Academy of Arts was established six years ago, the establishment originated from the macroscopic strategic idea of academic development of China National Academy of Arts, which is to establish and develop a macroscopic pattern of the trinity of artistic research, creation and education of the academy. Over the last 6 years, supported by the academy and the community, with efforts of Dean Yang Feiyun and all the artists, the Chinese Academy of Oil Painting has made a lot of achievements, organised a variety of exhibitions and related academic activities, greatly impacting the industry.

“2013 Chinese Academy of Oil Painting Exhibition” initially showcases all the professional artists affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Oil Painting. Through the pursuit of unique aesthetic and serious artistic expression, they demonstrate their own unique artistic styles in the diverse art world, with a special artistic value. On the wider academic platform, artists of Chinese Academy of Oil Painting constantly communicate with world cultures and arts, absorbing the essence of the world arts with an open-minded humanistic care, in order to draw on other successful experiences. Promoting and carrying forward the Chinese national spirit carried by oil paintings, to establish the unique academic image of Chinese oil painting in the world multicultural patterns.

Most of the works that are presented at the “2013 Chinese Academy of Oil Painting Exhibition” have become the representative works of the artists themselves. The exhibition is looking forward to have a positive social effect. Any good exhibition in the history has aroused a great effect on society, which spreads and influencing aesthetics of the mass, social psychology, value judgment, etc., while the development of the society and mass culture also looks forward to pure art becomes the mainstream art to lead the values ??of the people.
